Greetings the from Heritage Plaza Nursing Center,
For those that who may not beware, we have had changes with our Director of Nursing and our Assistant Director of Nursing positions. Iesha Taylor has taken the reins as our Director of Nursing and Shon Walker has come onboard as our Assistant Director of Nursing. Both have experience in long-term care, and we are very fortunate that they have joined our team.
I also have more good news — we have remained COVID free for in-house residents and staff since February 4th.
A reminder to essential caregivers, please make sure that you are making appointments to visit and that all Personal Protective Equipment, or PPE, requirements are being adhered to. Click here for additional details of what to expect during your visit as well as about our care under COVID.
