Dear Residents and Families,

We are pleased to share with you that there are new state guidelines rules for indoor and outdoor visits by essential caregivers.

Briefly, essential caregivers are no longer required to supply a negative COVID test result prior to a visit. Also, both designated essential caregivers can now simultaneously visit with a resident. Scheduled visits are available between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. any day of the week. We ask for a 24-hour notice of each visit.

Per guidelines issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as well as the Texas Health and Human Services, social distancing (remaining 6-ft. apart) and mask usage are required. NOTE: The first visit will consist of a short Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training before the visitor is allowed inside the building. We do have an outdoor visitation area set up for any family member that would like to visit.

To schedule a visit, please contact the facility door screener at 903-792-6700. I know your loved ones will be thrilled for the opportunity to see you face-to-face!
