Dear Families and Residents,

We are very excited to announce that we have been approved for outdoor visitation. Much like the essential caregiver visits, the following rules apply:

• Only residents residing on a non-COVID-19 positive may receive an outdoor visit.
• Outdoor visitors do not have to provide a negative COVID-19 test prior to scheduling
• Appointments are available in 30-minute increments, Monday-Saturday, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In addition, per guidelines issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as well as the Texas Health and Human Services, social distancing (remaining 6-ft. apart) and mask usage are required.
